Digital Banking Options

As you look for ways to minimize face-to-face interactions, and as wait times for phone servicing are increasing, remember that you can complete many financial transactions and account servicing through Online Banking or our Mobile App. These include:

  • Transfer Money 
  • Make loan payments 
  • Pay and manage your bills 
  • Find one of our nearly 30,000 free ATMs
  • Monitor your accounts and view your credit score
  • Deposit checks easily in the Mobile App using your mobile device camera 
  • Apply for a loan or open a new account

Financial Hardship Assistance

We are providing financial assistance for members who may encounter hardships including:

  • No payments for up to 3 months on new personal loans and auto loans (limited time offer)*
  • Defer loan payments for existing loans on a case-by-case basis.
  • No penalty for cashing in Share Certificates early so you can have access to your money sooner.
  • Emergency credit card loans available at 0% interest for the first two months.

* No payments for the first 3 months, regular repayment terms apply per note, security agreement, and addendums. Interest will accrue during the no payment period. SDFCU will not reach out to you and ask for your personal information including: social security number, account number, credit card number, and other forms of personally identifiable information. If you receive a suspicious solicitation, do not provide any information or click on any links.
